Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Armed with Elyon jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all change-of-mind returns, including domestic and international orders.
  • All of our jewellery includes engraved details as part of the design. These are not considered custom engravings and do not affect your eligibility for a return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Custom requests or modifications made to standard designs (e.g. additional engraving)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Securely package your item and return it using a tracked shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

International Orders

For international orders, duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
