Store with Intention

· Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
· Store each piece individually, ideally in the box provided to prevent scratches and tangling.

Polish with Care

· Use the polishing cloth included with your order to maintain its lustre.
· For stone-set designs, gently clean with a soft toothbrush and warm, soapy water. 

Avoid Humidity & Chemicals

· Do not store jewellery in bathrooms—moisture can accelerate tarnishing.
· Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, chlorine, and cleaning agents.

Water Exposure & Wear

· While our pieces are water-resistant and protected with a premium 3-micron plating, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or entering spas or saunas. Prolonged water exposure may, over time, impact the finish—particularly on rings.
· Pearl-strung pieces should never be worn in water, as moisture may weaken the thread.

· To prevent accidental snagging or bending, always remove your jewellery before going to bed.
· This helps minimise stress on delicate chains, clasps, and settings.

Everyday Impact & Pressure

· We recommend removing rings before weight training, manual work, or any activity that may cause the piece to repeatedly strike hard surfaces.
· Although our jewellery is made with durability in mind, frequent impact can cause gold or rhodium plating to chip or wear faster over time.

If Exposed to Chemicals

· Rinse immediately with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
